Down here in Japan, we make a similar use of the same type of lettuce to wrap meat in, too. Incidentally,they do the same in Korea and other asian countries! As for the salad I, too, have always thought that avocado nad mango make for a good combination! Great pics! Cheers and all that! Robert-Gilles</description>
