A number of years ago, my wife and I were dining in an upscale restaurant in the Seattle area near the Christmas Holiday where we enjoyed a succulent Christmas turkey dinner with all of the trimmings.

At Christmas, an employee and good friend of ours made us a gift basket filled with many great small gifts, including fantastic candied pecans. Today she brought us another bag full and gave us the recipe as a gift as well.
