Anpan is a Japanese sweet bun filled with red bean paste. There are many types of Anpan, including goma an, shiro an, uguisu an, and kuri an, etc., but the original is anko made with azuki bean.
Coq au vin is a casserole of chicken pieces and vegetables cooked in red wine.

Tikin-xik (TEEK'n-geek), a very widespread traditional Yucatan fish dish. Its ancestry goes back to ancient times.  The modern version uses jumbo shrimp instead of whole fish.
