Korean Barbecued Beef, known as Bulgogi, is one of the most popular ways of cooking beef in Korea.  Prime meat is marinated with a mixture of soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic and other ingredients.  Sometimes noodles are added to the dish, which varies by region.  The marinade enhances the flavor and tenderness of the beef.
