Bagna Càuda is a warm dip typical of Piedmont, Italy.  The dish is served similar to fondue, by dipping raw, boiled or roasted vegetables.  It is traditionally eating during autumn and winter and must be served hot.
Rich in flavor, with a nice kick of spice from red pepper flakes and a touch of freshness from basil.

Chiles Rellenos, literally means “stuffed peppers.”  Consisting of roasted fresh poblano peppers stuffed with a melting cheese, then covered in batter, and fried.  It is often served in a tomato sauce although the type of sauce varies widely.
